Oh how I wish I could be a consistent vlogger - one of those perfect people who publish with exacting predictability every week! But so far, that’s not my lot in life. My brain’s limitations keep me from being able to make videos as consistently as I would like to. Consequently, this one is coming out two months after the last one! That’s atrocious by acceptable vlogging standards! I’m hopeful that since this video is the start of a series of sorts, future videos will be less taxing on my brain. And the topic of the series is a journey of discovery I’m on, so the material should kinda write itself. We shall see.
All that being said, this video is very different from previous videos or even any previous blog posts. I don’t usually get into Bible topics or talk too much about my relationship with God. I wander into some of that in my InstaStories, but not in my blog. But this week was such a crazy “AHA” moment, that has taken way too long in my life to happen, that I had to share it with you!
I know. That one was different from my norm. And I have lots more to say on this topic. I’ll be back (hopefully very soon) with a second video about this, so stay with me. In the mean time, maybe go check out those passages in Exodus. Learn what an ephod is. See how you feel about the Israelites getting such clear instructions. And then think about how you feel about the idea that the Bible is our instruction book for life. And I’ve had it all along. On my bookshelves. On my night stands. In my phone. While I begged God to send emails.
